A
brief summary of Total
Quality Associates experience
as consultants in the manufacturing and service sectors over the
last 12 years:

Client Types include paper and
coating mills, paperboard packaging and printing, electronics,
thermoforming plastics, metal working, electromechanical, fiber
optic cable and chemical processing. Many other clients have been
in the distribution and service industries. Clients have ranged
from small family owned businesses with fewer than 50 employees to
medium-sized multinational companies.
Projects have included business
assessments, faster production cycle times, scrap and rework
reduction, improving productivity, extensive process improvements,
establishing robust manufacturing systems, 5S facility
improvements, creating visual management systems, improving
customer and employee satisfaction, new product selection and
introduction processes, supplier performance, increasing employee
engagement, greater team effectiveness, ISO 9000 certification,
supervisor effectiveness, leadership coaching, strategic planning
and more.
Training Programs have included
problem solving & process improvement, SPC, management
leadership, performance excellence through people, team
development, ISO 9000, and quality system auditing.
Methodologies include conducting
assessments, workshops, individual and group coaching,
facilitation and direct participation/co-leadership in specific
improvement projects, adjunct member of the leadership team.
Basically, I enjoy getting in the trenches and working with all
levels of the organization.

the client achieve near- and long-term performance results and
create the infrastructure to sustain excellent performance.
In addition to private consulting, Gary Nader, Principal;
Consultant has over
twenty years of corporate experience in various roles with a major
manufacturer as well as serving as interdivisional consultant to a
billion dollar business sector. In these roles, Gary has been
involved with major projects to increase customer satisfaction,
create supplier excellence, improve overall manufacturing quality,
productivity and dramatically turn around operational and total
