The Adirondack region is
rich in tradition that dates back to the Iroquois who hunted & fished there.
The area currently boasts about 2000 miles of hiking trails that wind among the tall
mountains. There are thousands of ponds & sparkling lakes, ski resorts &
historic sites to see. Lake Placid is best known as the home of the 1980 Winter
Olympics & Lake George is famous for the serenity to be found along its
32-mile length. Gore Mtn is a big draw for skiers and snowboarders. Please

Winter
- Famous Snowmobile Shootout within 1/4 mile of cabins. Great cross
country and down hill skiing on nearby McCauley Mountain & Snow Ridge Ski
Area. Cabins located between two local, major snowmobile trails. You can
snowmobile right from door of cabin. We offer access to hundreds of miles of
trails.
Summer
- Famous "Enchanted Forest - Water Safari" within minutes,
luncheon boat cruises, Adirondack Railway, famous "Buffalo Head"
Restaurant, public park with swimming, wonderful little shops of all kinds. Come
enjoy a game of golf at the Woodgate Pines Golf Course - Only minutes away!!
