The Crossing at Ridgewood Village and Court Yard Condominium complexes
are situated in the City of Chicopee, Hamden County, Massachusetts. The
development sits on numerous acres of property called "common area" with
recreational facilities including, but not limited to: a swimming pool, tennis
court, and a community center. The property is self managed by the association
and its elected Board of Trustees
